Supporting Digital Progress Along I-95
Ultra-Lum Services, contracted by OUTFRONT Media, successfully installed a towering digital billboard foundation as part of a broader project along the I-95 corridor. Their tool of choice for this high-profile installation? ICE®’s powerful 110C Vibratory Hammer, equipped with Hydrauli-Flex hoses to ensure top-tier hydraulic performance.
The project involved driving a 48-inch diameter caisson, 108 feet long, into the ground—an undertaking where precision and power were non-negotiable. In just over seven minutes, the ICE® 110C drove the caisson 94 feet, showcasing the equipment's efficiency even under challenging conditions. This speed highlights the reliability of the entire system, including Hydrauli-Flex hoses, which delivered consistent hydraulic power throughout the operation.
